On ordinary days, the Danes on the table – fresh rolls and various bread for sandwiches, butter and cheese, jam from berries, coffee with milk. For children, oatmeal is cooked or a faster option is prepared – corn flakes with milk. Also characteristic of Denmark only is ymerdrys, made from a mixture of rye bread and brown sugar. A morning meal on a weekend or holiday in Denmark is more thorough, because you do not need to rush to work. My friend and I decided to sit in one of the network establishments. Her son is six months old and his stroller is his main “vehicle.” The veranda was closed due to rain, they did not want to let us into the restaurant itself. The administrator insisted that “the stroller will not go through the door”, meaning the very specific: “go to another place or sit at home.” Of course, the stroller passed, the question was resolved, but other questions remained.

The most understandable and logical – bad, spoiled, tasteless, not like the picture on the food menu. Here you should always pay the attention of the waiter (or rather the manager) to the problem with the dish. It is always very important for a restaurant or cafe to receive feedback from a guest: did you like everything, was it tasty, did you bring food on time, and so on. It only helps to improve the quality of service. For example, a dish was brought to you, and a few minutes later the waiter asked if everything was okay. If the dish seemed too salty, cold or somehow not so, the restaurant can always influence the situation at the time of its occurrence, offering to replace or fix the dish.
